摘　　要：通过分析目前中药新药长期毒性试验申报资料中存在的问题,分别从试验设计、信息采集、指标检测、组织病理学检查以及结果分析等方面阐述了研发者需关注的问题。The problems in application data of chronic toxicity study of the new traditional Chinese medi- cine （TCM） were analyzed. We explained what the researcher should pay attention to, such as design of experi- ment, collection of information, detection index, histopathology, and analysis of result for chronic toxicity study.
