摘　　要：目的 :观察大剂量维生素C对儿童口腔溃疡的治疗作用。方法 :门诊66名患者随机设立治疗组及对照组。治疗组口服大剂量维生素C橙味泡腾片(每片含维生素C1000mg)每日1次 ,每次500mg(0.5片) ;对照组口服核黄素 ,每次5mg,每日3次平均服药3天。结果 :治疗组34例中 ,治愈18例 ,好转12例 ,有效率88.2 %;对照组32例中 ,治愈8例 ,好转9例 ,有效率53 %。结论 :大剂量维生素C橙味泡腾片对儿童口腔溃疡有显著的治疗作用。Purpose: To observe and evaluate the clinical effects of a large dose of Vitamin C on mouth ulcer in children . Method: 66 cases of outpatients with mouth ulcer were recruited and randomized into two groups, treatment and control. The treatment group was given a large dose of Vitamin C (Effervescent tablet in orange color, 1000mg in average weight) at 500mg daily for three days. While in the control, was treated with Vitamin B2 5mg p.o., three times a day for the same period. Results: 18 cases were cured and 12 on the mend among the 34 cases of treatment group. While in the control, 8 cases were cured and 9 on the mend in the 32 patients. The effective rate was 88.2%and 53%, respectively. Conclusion: The studied large dose is able to protect cell membrane against the damage from O2 free radical, improving immunological function and local blood circulation, to build up restoration of the compromised tissues and has pronounced a significant effect on oral ulcer in children.
