摘  要:建立多穗金粟兰异秦皮啶的含量测定方法。采用色谱柱:Phenomenex C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B),低压梯度洗脱;柱温:25℃;流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:323nm,进样量:10μL。异秦皮啶含量在0.0024—0.3600μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。异秦皮啶平均加标回收率为98.17%,RSD=0.98%(n=5)。该法操作简便、易行,准确度高、重复性好.可用于多穗金粟兰异秦皮啶的含量测定。The method for the determination of the content of isofraxidin in Chloranthus multistachys Pei by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.The compounds were separated by Phenomenex C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) with methanol(A)-0.1%acid water solution(B) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min for low pressure gradient elute mode, the column temperature was 25℃,detection wavelength was 323nm and the injection volume was 10μL.There was a good linear relationship between isofraxidin content and peak area in the range of 0.0024-0.36000μg.The average recovery of isofraxidin was 98.17%with RSD of 0.98%(n = 5). The method is simple with high accuracy and good repeatability,and can be applied to determining the content of isofraxidin in Chloranthus multistachys Pei.
