感特灵胶囊中挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘　　要：目的:采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对感特灵胶囊挥发油的化学成分进行分析,以丰富该制剂的化学成分研究,并为其质量控制提供理论基础。方法:采用《中国药典》一部(2010年版)附录XD方法对感特灵胶囊的挥发油进行提取,用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定,以毛细管柱进行分析,面积归一化法测定其相对含量。结果:共分离出27个化学成分,经与质谱标准图谱比较、检索鉴定出24个成分,相对含量超过5%的成分有棕榈酸(31.82%)、镰叶芹醇(16.89%)、α,5,5,8α-四甲基-2-亚甲基-[1S,[1α(R*),4aβ,8aα]]-α-乙烯基十氢-1-萘丙醇(8.07%)、棕榈油酸(6.67%)。结论:感特灵胶囊中挥发油成分主要有棕榈酸、镰叶芹醇、棕榈油酸。Objective：To enrich the study of chemical composition and provide a theoretical basis for quality control,GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile oil components in Ganteling capsule.Method： The volatile oil components were extracted and isolated with steam distillation method according to ChP（2010）.The chemical compositions were separated by GC capillary column chromatography,and the relative contents of constituents were determined by area normalization method.Result： Twenty seven compounds were detected and 24 compounds of them were identified by contrast with the mass standard map.And the compounds that the relative contents were more than 5% were palmitic acid（31.82%）,falcarinol（16.89%）,1-naphthalenepropanol,α-ethenyldecahydro-α,5,5,8α-tetramethyl-2-methylene-,[1S,[1α（R＊）,4aβ,8aα]]-（8.07%）,palmitoleic acid（6.67%）.Conclusion： The main components in the oil were palmitic acid,falcarinol,palmitoleic acid.
