《黄帝内经》对针灸治疗颈痛的贡献探析

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》是中医理论的渊薮,该书对针灸学理论从治则治法到临床应用都进行了全面的论述。文章通过整理《黄帝内经》中有关颈痛的条文,发掘该书对针灸治疗颈痛在经脉循行、辨证论治及刺灸操作方面的贡献,以期更好地指导临床。通过整理发现以下规律:①颈痛与十四正经皆相关,其中与太阳、少阳、督脉关系最为密切。②根据发病部位不同,颈痛有手太阳、足太阳之分;根据病因不同,颈痛有从肾论治、从风论治之别。③颈痛取穴以足太阳经为主。④颈痛的特色刺灸操作为"火针劫刺"颈部阿是穴。The Yellow Emperor＇s Internal Cannon as the source of traditional Chinese medicine gives a detailed statement on acupuncture and moxibustion from therapeutic principles to clinical practices.Through searching terms about neck pain in this work,the contribution of it to the meridians circulation,treatment based on syndrome differentiation and acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on neck pain was found.We finally found the regulation as follows： ①neck pain can happen in the situation when anyone of fourteen serious meridians is abnormal,especially Taiyang meridian,Shaoyang meridian and Du meridian.②According to different place,neck pain could be treated by acupoints of hand Taiyang meridian or Foot taiyang meridian.According to different pathogeny,neck pain could be treated by acupoints on kidney meridian or dispelling the wind.③Neck pain was treated mainly by acupoints of Foot taiyang meridian.④The unique feature of neck pain treatment is fire needling the Ashi point.
