摘 要:ASP体系与原油之间的乳化作用与该体系提高采收率直接相关。采用界面张力评价和乳状液析水率评价相结合的方法,主要研究HABS与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP)非离子型表面活性剂的复配性能,探索乳化性能的改善对界面张力的影响,确立在驱油过程中稳定乳状液与降低油水界面张力间的关系。结果表明:温度为45℃,NaOH浓度为0.6%、HABS与NP-6以质量比9:1复配浓度为0.05%时,形成的原油乳状液稳定性明显优于单一HABS三元体系,24小时内原油乳状液析水率由17.5%降至7.5%。The ASP flooding system and the emulsification of crude oil are directly related to improving the system's enhanced oil recovery. The interfacial tension evaluation and emulsion stability evaluation are combined to study the pedbrmance of associative surfactant containing HABS and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (NP), the influence of the improvement of emulsion stability on the interfacial tension is studied, then the relation between oil-water IFT and stability of oil emulsion is established. The experiment results showed that at the temperature of 45℃, when ω (NaOH)=0.6%, total mass concentration of the surfactant are 0.05%, in which ω (HABS):ω (NP)=9:1.The stability of crude oil emulsion containing NP is obviously better than single HABS system, with in 24 h the separated water ratio can be decreased from 17.5% to 7.5%.
