船厂采购合同质量协同管理研究

摘　　要：船厂物资需求量大、种类多,其采购物资质量的控制是船舶成品质量的重要保证。采购合同质量控制是采购质量控制的一个关键环节,文章在对采购质量协同管理的阐述基础上,重点从工作流程协同、质量信息协同、质量沟通协同三方面对采购合同质量协同控制进行分析,并提出了采购合同质量协同管理模块框架。There are great demands of varieties of materials for shipbuilding. The quality control of the purchasing materials is an important guarantee for the quality of the ship. And the quality control of purchasing contracts is one of the key points. On the basis of describing the purchasing collaborative quality management, there are three parts of purchasing contract quality collaborative control mainly analyzed, which are work flow, as well as quality information, and communication. And then, purchasing contract quality collaborative management module frame are proposed.
