摘 要:针对太阳能热水器恒温混水系统大滞后、非线性的特点,为提高太阳能热水器混水温度控制精度,基于步进电机的太阳能热水器混水控制系统,采用了一种基于泛布尔代数的负反馈逻辑规则控制算法完成软件设计。该方法无需建立精确的数学模型,根据偏差及其变化率的不同即可对系统做出决策。试验结果表明,该系统混水温度控制准确、缩短了混水时间,可使复杂的混水温度控制系统运行简单且易操作。According to the large delay and nonlinearity of constant temperature mixing system of solar water heater, mixing control system is established to improve the temperature control accuracy based on the step motor. The software of the control system is developed by using negative feedback logical rule control algorithm based on the Pan-Boolean alge- bra. This proposed method does not need to establish precise mathematical model, which can make decision according to the difference of deviation and its change rate. Experimental results show that the system has advantages of accurate con- trol of mixing temperature as well as shortening mixing time; Pan-Boolean algebra theory makes the complex mixing tem- perature control system operating simply and implementation easily.
