摘　　要：近年来我国乳业发展迅速,但是原料乳产量增长的速度一直滞后于加工乳品企业需求增长的速度,这主要源于我国原料乳生产仍处在一个较低的发展阶段,奶牛养殖模式落后,散户养殖所占比重大,效率较低的原料乳生产成为引发我国乳制品质量安全和制约乳业发展的关键因素。本文以不同利益主体之间的关系为依据对原料乳生产模式进行了重新划分,通过影响乳业生产发展的自身条件及外部动力研究探寻其演化的规律和特点,在此基础上研究原料乳生产模式的演化路径。In recent years,China's dairy industry developed rapidly,but the growth rate of raw milk production has lagged behind the growth rate of demand for dairy processing enterprises,which mainly due to the lower developing stage of China's raw milk production.The backward dairy farming mode,the large proportion of scattered farming and inefficiency of raw milk production have become the key to quality and safety of China's dairy,and also restrict the dairy's development.This thesis reclassifies the mode of raw milk production based on the relation between different stakeholders and explores the rules and characteristics through the own developing condition and external force,then analyzes the evolutionary path of raw milk production mode.
