脑梗死及脑出血患者血浆中CD62p与C-反应蛋白表达关系的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑梗死及脑出血患者血浆中CD62p和C-反应蛋白(CRP)的表达关系。方法:急性脑梗死组20例,脑出血组20例,正常对照组20例,测定CD62p和CRP水平,并进行对比分析与评价。结果:CD62p和CRP的水平在脑梗死组及脑出血组中都高于正常对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:CD62p和CRP水平与脑梗死及脑出血患者的病情发展密切相关。Objective:To study the relationship between plasma CD62p and CRP in patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.Method:We chose 20 patients with acute cerebral infarction as the ACI group,chose 20patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage as the CH group,chose 20 normal person as the control group,and we measure the levels of CD62p and CRP.Results:The levels of plasma CD62p and CRP significantly increased in the test group than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The levels of plasma CD62p and CRP are closely related with the cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.
