摘 要:选用4种填料进行序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)处理农村生活污水的研究,通过出水COD、NH4+-N等指标的测定以及生物膜的扫描电镜观察,考察了运用不同填料时SBBR的污染物去除情况和生物膜的长势,以期筛选出适用于农村生活污水处理的填料。结果表明,3#、4#SBBR(分别选用组合填料和碳素纤维填料)的DO、pH波动幅度均相对较小,比1#、2#SBBR(分别选用立体网状填料及海绵填料)更加稳定;4#SBBR的COD去除效果最好,水力停留时间仅需5h,3#SBBR的COD去除效果其次,所需水力停留时间为6h,而1#、2#SBBR在运行8h时也无法将COD完全消化;3#、4#SBBR出水的NH4+-N、TN去除效果均高于1#、2#SBBR;采用4种填料的SBBR的生物膜长势优劣情况为碳素纤维填料>组合填料>海绵填料>立体网状填料;碳素纤维填料及组合填料在受到进水负荷冲击后,能相对较快适应环境,且填料上的微生物活性较高,较适合运用于中国农村生活污水的处理。4 packing materials were applied in sequencing batch bio-film reactors (SBBR) for country sewage treatment. The parallel experiments were conducted by adding 4 packing materials separately in SBBR,the concentra- tion of effluent COD,NH4+-N were determined and the growth of bio-film was observed to select the best packing ma- terials. Results showed that 3# ,4# SBBR (with combine materials and carbon fiber as packing materials) was more stable than 1# ,2# SBBR (with web-like material and sponge as packing materials) because their DO and pH fluctua- tion was relative small. 4# SBBR had the best COD removal efficiency, and then was 3# SBBR, they can remove the COD in 5 h and 6 h respectively. 1# , 2 # SBBR could not completely remove the COD even after 8 h of operation. NH4+-N,TN removal rate of 3# ,4# SBBR was higher than that of 1# ,2# SBBR. The quality of bio-film grew on packing materials was in order of carbon fber〉combined materials〉sponge〉 web-like materials. Carbon fiber and combination packing materials can effectively resist the loading shock in influent and their microorganism activity was realtive high,so they were suitable to be applied as packing materials in SBBR for rural domestic sewage treatment.
