音乐治疗联合行为训练对慢性精神分裂症患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐治疗联合行为训练对慢性精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响。方法将102例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组52例和对照组50例，两组患者均接受常规抗精神病药物治疗、常规工娱疗及护理；研究组在此基础上接受音乐治疗及行为训练，观察6个月。治疗前后护士用住院患者观察量表评定两组患者的康复效果。结果治疗后两组患者的观察量表总估计分及社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁积极因子分均较治疗前有显著提高，研究组较对照组提高显著（P〈0．05或0．01）；易激惹、精神病表现、迟缓消极因子分均较治疗前有显著下降，研究组较对照组下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论音乐治疗联合行为训练能有效缓解慢性精神分裂症患者的精神症状、改善其社会功能、提高生活质量和社会适应能力，对患者的康复具有显著的促进作用。Objective To investigate the influence of musical therapy combined with behavioral training on rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods One hundred and two patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in both groups received rou- tine antipsychotics treatment, routine work, recreational therapy and nursing care. While the patients in research group were given musical therapy and behavioral training for six months in addition. Before and after 6 months training, the patients in the two groups were evaluated by the nurses＇ observation scale （ NOSIE ） for inpatient evaluation. Results After training, the general scores of NOSIE and social abili- ty,social interest and individual neat of the NOSIE in both groups elevated, but those in research group were higher than those in control group （ P 〈0.05 or 0. O1 ） ; scores of negative factor such as irritabili- ty, psychotic manifest and retardation were lower after treatment, and those in research group were lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Musical therapy combined with behavioral train- ing can effectively relieve mental symptoms, improve social function, quality of life and social adaptation, and has notable promotive effect on the rehabilitation of patients.
