摘  要:分析了HID灯的启动特性和运行工作特点。传统恒功率控制技术作为一种开关电源控制方法,根据实现方式的不同可以分为模拟和数字两种方式。详细分析了全桥变换器中电感、电容参数值的选择方法,通过仿真分析可知,电感参数值不能选过大,而电容参数值不能选过小,通过仿真确定了参数值的大小。对HID灯进行了数字恒功率控制,其控制思想是当灯点火成功正常运行后,检测负载电压值和电流值,通过调理电路后送给DSP运算电路并计算其功率,再与参考功率进行PI控制,并输出控制信号,然后通过调节开关管驱动信号的占空比实现对输出功率的控制。通过理论分析、仿真和实验结果表明验证了该方法的可行性。The startup behavior and HID lamp operation characteristics were analyzed. The traditional constant power control technology, as a kind of switch power control method, can be divided into analog and digital according to realization methods. The choice of electrical inductance and capacitance parameter value in the whole bridge converter were described in detail. The simulation results show that the value of the inductance parameter can not be too large, and the value of capacitance parameter can not be too small. The simulation determined the values of the parameters. The thought of digital constant power control of HID lamp was when the light ignition succeeded after normal operation, the load voltage and current was detected, through the modulation circuit for DSP after operation circuit, the power was calculated, and again with reference power, and PI control, the output control signal was outputted. The theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental results show that this method is feasible.
