摘　　要：社会企业是一种不同于传统商业企业和非营利组织的新型社会组织,近些年在全球范围内迅速发展壮大。主要围绕社会企业的定义与特征、范畴、组织类别以及绩效等问题,对有关的文献进行系统梳理和归纳分析,并对社会企业的未来研究方向进行描绘,目的在于建立一个系统的社会企业理论研究框架,并对我国社会企业的实践发展提供一定的理论指导。Social enterprise is a new type of social organization that is different from traditional business organizations and nonprofit organizations, it is spreading all over the world. By studying the topics on definition, characters, domains, types and performance of social enterprise, the research makes an analysis on existing literature, as well as depicting future re- search directions, with the purpose of establishing a theoretical research framework for social enterprise and providing some theoretical guidance to the development of social enterprise in our country.
