摘　　要：随着新医改政策的出台及逐步实施,高等医学教育中人文素质教育的重要性更加突出。临床医学专业学生是未来医疗行业的中坚力量,医学院校应充分认识加强和改进临床专业学生职业道德和法制教育的重要意义。本文通过对安徽省四所医学院校的调查,分析当前临床医学专业的医德与法制教育存在的问题,并提出如下建议:确立符合新医改政策的教育观念,探索医德与法制教育的融合,切实提高临床医学专业学生的医德和法律素质。With the introduction and gradual implementation of New Medical Reform Policy, the importance of humanistic quality education in higher education has been more and more prominent. As students majoring in clinical medicine will be the backbone of medical professionals in the future, medical colleges need to realize the importance of improving medical ethics and legal education. Based on an investigation into students majoring in clinical medicine at four medical colleges, the paper analyzes the existing problems co, nceming medical ethics and legal education and puts forward several proposals for its improvement in the new context.
