摘　　要：卧寐异常是指病理状态下的睡眠,是睡眠疾病的特征表现。通过中医"五神"理论剖析了卧寐异常的发病机制为五神失调,根据五神病理变化的层次性和不同组合,总结出卧寐异常的不同病证特点。Lying to sleep abnormally is a pathologic state of sleep,which is the characteristic performance of sleep disease.Though the TCM theory of five spirits,it is five spirits＇ disorders that bring about this anomaly.Based on its gradation and various combinations of pathological changes,the author summarizes the different disease and syndrome of it.
