摘　　要：探讨了现代医学影像技术人员的素质要求和教育方法。通过分析未来医学影像技术的发展趋势,阐述了医学影像技术人员必须具备的素质要求,以及提高医学影像技术人员素质的教育方法,使得医学影像技术和技术人员迈上一个新的台阶。This paper discusses quality requirements of modern medical imaging technicians and teach- ing methods. By analyzing the future development trend of medical imaging technology, it discusses the essential qualities of medical imaging technicians and educational methods to improve the quality of medical imaging technicians so as to lift medical imaging technology and technical staff to a higher level.
