摘  要:传统药理学教学侧重理论知识传授,课堂教学枯燥,难以调动学生的学习兴趣和热情,不利于学生创新能力和人文知识的培养。因此,采用多种方法和手段,注重创新教育和人文教育的实施,培养医药学创新性人才是医药教育发展的方向和目标。第三军医大学药理教研室在第二课堂中将药理学相关知识以情景剧形式进行全新的组织和演绎,通过寓教于乐的表演和人文教育理念的实施,充分调动了学生的学习积极性,培养学生的创新性思维并巩固理论知识,培养学生良好的医德、人际交往能力和团队精神。总之,创新性地将药理知识以故事性、表演性的形式重新进行展现,并将其作为理论课堂教学的延伸和补充,寓教于乐,学生学习的积极性、主动性、参与性和合作性都得到了充分的调动,对培养学生的思维能力、实践能力和创新意识以及培养学生的人文素养等方面有着积极的意义。Traditional pharmacology teaching emphasizes imparting theoretical knowledge, which makes class- room instruction boring and students lose interest in learning, thus having a negative effect on the cultivation of students' innovative ability and humanities knowledge. The direction and objective of medical education de- velopment is to implement innovation-oriented education and produce creative talents of medicine with various methods. Our department reorganizes and presents pharmacological knowledge in the form of sitcoms in the second classroom. The educational and entertaining performance and implementation of humanities education has increased the students' learning enthusiasm, developed their creative thinking, consolidated their theoreti- cal knowledge, fostered good medical ethics, interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit. In conclusion, pharma- cology second classroom, in which sitcoms of pharmacological stories are involved, extends and supplements the first classroom teaching, giving full play to students' initiative, participation and cooperatior It has a positive significance in cultivating students' thinking, practice ability, innovation consciousness and humani- ties quality.
