摘　　要：医学分子生物学的理论和实验技术是开展医学科学研究必不可少的基本工具和手段,因其理论性强,研究手段复杂多样,学生难以系统掌握。本文介绍了医学分子生物学实验技术以"具有引导性、典型性、临床研究相关性"为原则的TBL教学模式,探讨了TBL教学法在实验教学中应当注意的问题,证实TBL教学法是医学分子生物学实验教学课程中值得推广的教学模式之一。The theory and experiment technique of medical molecular biology are indispensible tools in medical research, but they are difficult for graduates to master systematically because of complex theory and various research methods. This article introduces the TBL teaching method with the principles of being guiding, typical and clinical research-related, and discusses several issues that deserve attention in experiment teaching with TBL method. Practice proves that the approach is worth apply- ing in teaching of medical molecular biology experiments.
