摘　　要：骨科学生除了掌握基本理论知识,掌握基本操作更是日常工作中必需的技能。教学效果的好坏不仅与教师本人素质、备课质量和授课艺术等因素有关,还取决于学生在教学过程中的主观能动性的发挥程度。随着现代教学观念的转变,要求教学方法也应不断改进。上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院骨科教研室在面对临床实习过程中病员有限,病种不全,且手术机会有限的状况下,运用标准化模拟操作在骨科临床教学中的实践,为学生创造更多动手机会,在理论与实践结合的过程中,能够灵活地拓展学生思路,适时、巧妙地点拨,可以确实提高实习医生的临床诊疗水平。Interns of orthopedics should not only charge the basic theory of knowledge but also the bas- ic operations as are the required skills in routine. The teaching effect is not only with the teacher＇s quality,the quality of preparation and teaching art and other factors,but also depends on the students in the teaching process of the initiative to play degree. Along with the modern teaching idea transfor- mation, the request teaching method should be improved. Department of Orthopaedics in Renji Hospi- tal, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, who facing the lack of patient, category and access to operation,using standardized simulated operation in orthopedic clinical teaching, for students to create more hands-on opportunities, in the theory and practice of the process, can expand students＇ thinking, timely, ingenious place dial, can indeed improve the clinical diagnosis level of medical interns.
