摘 要:目的探讨改革口腔医学专业本科生实践技能教学方法,提高口腔专业学生临床实践能力和技能操作水平。方法选择2006级五年制口腔医学专业68名本科生为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组经过专项实践技能培训后进入临床实习,而对照组直接进入临床实习。结果实验组学生的考核成绩和合格人数明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论在口腔医学本科生中开展实习前专项实践技能培训,有助于提高学生临床实践能力、综合分析问题和解决问题的能力,提高口腔医学专业人才培养质量。Objective The research approaches the reform of teaching methods of practical skills training in oral medicine undergraduate education to develop students' clinical abilities and skills. Methods We selected 68 oral medicine undergraduates. They were divided into two groups in random. The experimental group accepted the special practical skills training before they entered the clinical practice, while the control group entered the clinical practice directly. Results The results and qualified num- bers were statistically significant difference between experimental group and control group. The re- sults of experimental group were higher than control group. Conclusion The research results show that it carrying out special practical skills training before entering clinical practice in oral medicine un- dergraduate is helpful to improve students clinical abilities and comprehensive analysis and problemsolving skills, and then improve the quality of oral medicine undergraduates education.
