摘　　要：采用定量方法对我国食糖年度产量进行分析研究。根据历史食糖产量数据,运用马尔科夫模型对未来一年食糖的产量进行了预测,对长期的市场产量进行趋势分析。The development tendency of sugar production in China was statistically analyzed by quantitative method. According to the output data from the nation historical sugar yield, the paper made to forecast the shortterm and long-term output trend by Markov model.
