摘　　要：根据风电发电机转子的铸造工艺,采用Solidworks对其建立三维模型,运用铸造过程模拟仿真软件对其铸造工艺进行模拟仿真,预测了不同浇注温度对转子铸件缩孔缩松缺陷的影响,得到了一个最佳浇注温度。The 3D model of the rotor was established by SolidWorks software, the casting process was numerically simulated by ProCAST, and the effect of different pouring temperature on shrinkage defects in rotor castings was forecast. An optimum pouring temperature was obtained.
