泛影葡胺治疗急性胰腺炎腹胀的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃管注入泛影葡胺减轻急性胰腺炎病人腹胀的效果。方法 79例急性胰腺炎病人随机分为实验组(46例)和对照组(33例)。在对照组常规治疗的基础上,实验组加用胃管注入泛影葡胺,对两组病人肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间、腹胀缓解时间及住院天数等进行观察比较。结果实验组各项指标恢复时间与对照组比较明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论胃管注入泛影葡胺能较快缓解急性胰腺炎病人的腹胀症状,减轻病人痛苦。Objective To discuss the effects of meglumine diatrizoate influx via gastric tube on ＇abdominal distention in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods Totally 79 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into experiment group （46 cases） and control group（33 cases）. Based on the same routine therapy that was received by the control group, patients in the experiment group also received the influx of meglumine diatrizoate via the gastric tube. Observation was made in the recovery time of bowel sound ,the first defecation time, the alleviation time of abdominal distention, and hospital stay, etc. Results Compared with the recovery time of each index in the control group, that in the experiment group was significantly shortened （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Meglumine diatrizoate influx via gastric tube can quickly relieve the abdominal distention in patients with acute pancreatitis and their suffering.
