摘　　要：综述了GaN和ZnSe两大系列半导体光电子器件的研究与发展现状 ,重点讨论了材料的生长方法 ,给出了器件发展的最高水平。This paper reviews the present stage for the research and development of blue-green optoelectronic devices based on ZnSe and GaN,with emphasis on the growth processes of the materials.The best performances achieved in the devices up to date are presented.
