民办儿童村救助模式的管理创新——以辽宁省大连阳光溢鸿儿童村为例

摘　　要：民间救助组织是社会文明的体现,但是目前其在我国社会公信力还不高,完全依靠社会力量很难保证民间救助组织的生存和可持续发展,因此只有积极探索创新才可能更好彰显民间救助组织的社会价值。本文以辽宁省大连阳光溢鸿儿童村为对象,对其近几年在资源动员和儿童教育培养方面的管理创新进行探索性案例研究。研究结果揭示了由于管理创新保证了儿童村所救助的服刑人员未成年子女的生活环境和生存状态良好,使儿童村在人道主义、爱心教育、城市文明、学术研究等方面发挥着重要的社会推动作用,验证了民间救助组织存在的必要性和重要性,并为其他民间救助组织的可持续发展提供有价值的参考。Salvation Organizations in Folk （SOF） credibility in China is still not at high level, and fully survival and sustainable development, therefore, S0F reflect our social civilization, but at present, its social dependence on social forces could not guarantee SOF＇ s ＇s social value will be demon,~trated well only when innovation is going to be actively explored. Taking Dalian Sun Yihong Children Village （DSYC） as analytical object, this paper endeavored to do exploratory case study mobilization and children education training in recent years, on its continual management innovation in resource DSYC led to putting living environments and living conditions the result indicated that management innovation of of those rescued detainees＇ minors into good state, and DSYC played an important social role in promoting humanitarianism, love education, city civilization, academic research and other fields, which demonstrated the importance and necessity of SOF＇ s existence and provided a valuable reference for other SOF＇ s sustainable development.
