摘　　要：基于企业持续创新实现机制,构建了企业持续创新实现模型,基于主成分投影法构建企业持续创新实现效能评价模型,并对云南省19家创新型企业的持续创新实现效能进行评价。在对评价结果进行深入分析后,发现制度结构要素是影响企业持续创新实现的最关键因素,完善的制度结构能改进和增强持续创新能力以及提高机遇捕捉能力。因而,企业要推动持续创新实现,必然要完善和改进产权制度、企业家管理制度、非正式制度等内部制度安排,同时,当地政府也要积极推进政策支持、营造公平竞争的市场环境。Based on the mechanism of enterprise＇ s sustainable innovation realization, this paper constructed the model of enterprise sustainable innovation realization.Using the main constituents＇ projection method, this paper sets up the evaluation model of enterprise sustainable innovation realization, and evaluates the sustainable innovation realization efficiency of 19 in-novative enterprises in Yunnan province.After analyzing the evaluation results, this paper finds out that institutional structure is essential to influence enterprise sustainable innovation realization, and improving the institutional structure can enhance the capability of sustainable innovation and opportunity capture.Therefore, in order to promote the sustainable innovation realization, enterprises should improve the property rights system, entrepreneurial management system, informal institutional and other internal institutional arrangements.At the same time, the local government should promote policy support and create the fair competitive environment actively.
