摘　　要：根据某燃料电池轿车动力性能指标要求,对其电机和动力源(燃料电池和动力蓄电池)的性能参数进行合理匹配,对变速器挡位的选择作了分析,并在Matlab/Advisor下进行了仿真,仿真结果满足设计样车动力性能指标,所提出的匹配方法对燃料电池轿车的开发具有一定的参考价值.According to the dynamic performance indices requirements of fuel cell car, the motor and power source（fuel cell and battery） were reasonably matched, the transmission gear selection was analyzed, and based on the motor, power selected,a simulation was carried on under Matlab/ Advisor. The result of simulation meet dynamic performance indices, so the matching theory has a certain reference value for fuel cell car.
