摘  要:为研究天然绿色棉附生物的组分,用乙醇萃取绿色棉,通过气质联用(GC-MS)分析乙醇提取物,并与白色棉进行比较,发现二者可挥发性成分基本相同,主要的可挥发性成分为2-甲基烯丙基胺、丙酸香芹酯、2,3-二氨基-2-丁烯二腈、乙酰乙酸基丙烯酸乙酯、2,4二叔丁基苯酚等,其中含量最高的成分为丙酸香芹酯。同时发现天然绿色棉含有一种白色棉不具有的成分甲基丙烯酸异丁酯。结果表明,天然绿色棉的确具有白色棉不具有的成分,该成分对天然绿色棉的色泽有何影响有待进一步研究。The natural green cotton was extracted with ethanol in order to study its subsidiary compositions.The extract was analyzed with GC-MS and compared with that of white cotton.The chief volatile substances of the two were found to be nearly the same,which include 2-methyl allylamine,2-cyclohexen-1-ol,2-methyl-5-(1-methylethenyl)-1-propanoate,diaminomaleonitrile,2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl methacrylate and 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol,and 2-methyl-5-(1-methylethenyl)-1-propanoate has the highest content.Meanwhile,green cotton contains a substance called isobutyl methacrylate which does not exist in white cotton.The results showed that natural green cotton really has components that white cotton dose not contain.How the components affect the color of natural green cotton needs further study.
