摘　　要：银杏叶提取物是从植物药银杏叶中提取的主要有效成分,近年国内外对它的药理作用和作用机制作了大量研究,发现银杏叶提取物具有保护血管内皮细胞、抗炎、抗氧化应激、抑制血小板活化与聚集等多种作用,从而对短暂性脑缺血发作的起因、发病机制、危险因素等方面起到直接或间接的作用。现就银杏叶提取物治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的相关研究予以综述。Ginkgo biloba extraction is the main active ingredient extracted from ginkgo biloba herbal.at home and abroad in recent years.A lot of researchers have been studied on its pharmacological effects and mechanism（of action） which found ginkgo biloba extraction can protect vascular endothelial cells,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress,inhibiting platelet activation and aggregationetc.,and thus play a direct or indirect role in the causes,pathogenesis,risk factors of transient ischemic attack.Here is to make a review on the related-research about the treatment of ginkgo biloba extraction on transient ischemic attack.
