生草覆盖对红巴梨采后果实主要营养成分变化及重金属元素含量的影响

摘  要:研究了梨园行间生草覆盖处理对红巴梨果实采后主要营养成分及重金属含量的影响。结果表明,在生草覆盖栽培条件下,红巴梨果实在日平均气温为15~23℃,日平均相对湿度42%~76%的室温环境下贮藏,最佳食用期在第9天。红巴梨采后果实的主要营养成分变化:可溶性固形物的含量在第9天达到最高,峰值为14.27%;还原糖在贮藏的15 d内呈"S"曲线变化,最低值出现在第6天,为7.59%,最高值出现在第12天,为9.22%,随后急剧下降;可溶性总糖从采收后一直处于下降趋势;Vc含量呈双"S"曲线变化,具有先升后降再升再降的变化趋势;粗蛋白含量呈"S"曲线变化,具有先升后降再升的变化趋势,贮藏第9天达到第1个高峰,其含量为258.75 mg/100 g;果实中的7个重金属元素含量均低于绿色鲜梨果(NY/T 423—2000)的要求标准,对重金属元素Cu和Zn的吸收能力强于红香酥和雪花梨。In the experiment, the herbage mulching management was used in space between rows in pear orchard to study the effect to changes of main nutritional components and content of heavy metal elements in Red Bartlett (Pyrus communis L. ). The results showed that the best edible date was the 9th day with the herbage mulching management. The room condition of store was daily average temperature 15 - 23 ℃ and daily average relative humidity 42% - 76% respectively. The content of soluble sol- id was the highest peak on the 9th day and the highest value was 14.27%. The content of reducing sugar was characterized by a double "S" curve during 15 days in room temperature condition. The lowest value 7.59% was on the 6th day and the highest value 9.22% was on the 12th day. The content of total sugar was a downward curve after the harvest. The content of vitamin C was char- acterized by a double "S" curve. It showed the tendency of ascend first and descend later, ascend again and descend again. The content of crude protein was characterized by an "S" curve. It showed the tendency of ascend first, descend later, and ascend again. The first peak value was 258.75 mg/100 g on the 9th day; The content of seven heavy metal elements were lower than the standard (NY/T 423-2000 ) in the green fresh fruit. The competitive ability of Cu and Zn uptaking by Red Bartlett (Pyrus communis L. ) was stronger than Hongxiangsu and Xuehua pear.
