高校图书馆人事用工制度改革的PEST和SWOT分析

摘　　要：PEST和SWOT分析法是竞争情报中对内外部环境因素进行评估的重要分析方法。图书馆历来都是高校管理和教辅部门中编制最为庞大的部门,是高校人事制度改革的重点。以A高校图书馆的人事用工制度改革试点为研究背景,借用这两种方法,来分析人事用工制度改革的优劣势,以期为高校图书馆提供一定的借鉴。PEST and SWOT are very important analyses in the competitive information concerning the internal and external factors.Library always has most staff level among the department of management and teaching assistant in university,and is the focuses of reform.Using the reform of hiring and personnel system in a university library as the background,this article analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of the reform by PEST and SWOT in order to give some advices to university library.
