摘　　要：目的:研究血清及组织中白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平在胃癌诊断及预后判断中的临床价值。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测66例胃癌患者的血清及73例胃癌患者的肿瘤组织中IL-6的水平,并与健康对照组的血清及对应癌旁非肿瘤组织进行比较分析。结果:胃癌患者血清IL-6水平为20.251 pg/mL,明显高于健康对照组9.034 pg/mL,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。胃癌组织中的IL-6水平为5.393 pg/mg,明显高于对应癌旁非肿瘤组织4.757 pg/mg,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤伴有神经浸润者,其患者血清和肿瘤组织中的IL-6水平均低于无神经浸润者。结论:胃癌患者的血清IL-6水平高于健康对照者,而胃癌组织中的IL-6水平亦高于对应癌旁非肿瘤组织,而当胃癌肿瘤组织伴神经浸润时,患者血清和肿瘤组织中的IL-6水平则均明显降低。Objective： To investigate the clinical significance of IL-6 levels in serum and tumor tissue of patients with gastric cancer.Methods IL-6 levels of serum and gastric cancer tissue of patients with gastric cancer was determined by ELISA,and the relationships between IL-6 levels and clinical-pathological parameters were analyzed.Results The IL-6 level in serum of patients with gastric cancer was 20.251 pg/mL,which was significantly higher than that of healthy controls 9.034 pg/mL（P0.01）.Additionally,the IL-6 level in tumor tissue 5.393 pg/mg was significantly higher than that in corresponding non-tumor tissue 4.757 pg/mg（P0.05）.However,IL-6 levels in serum and tumor tissue of gastric cancer patients with neural invasion were lower than that in non-neural invasion corresponding control group.Conclusions Serum IL-6 level and tumor tissue IL-6 level are elevated in patients with gastric cancer,however,when gastric cancer is accompanied with neural invasion,the serum and tumor tissue IL-6 levels decrease significantly.
