当前高校信访工作特点及接访对策思考

摘　　要：随着我国经济、社会的飞速发展和高等教育改革的逐步深入,复杂的关系和形势给高校信访工作带来了压力和挑战,特别是群众来访的信访形式,因其反映问题直接、矛盾激烈,成为高校信访工作的重点。本文简要分析了当前高校信访工作的主要特点,阐述了高校接待群众来访的对策和技巧,以期能更好地发挥信访工作在化解矛盾、科学管理方面的作用。With the rapid development of Chinese social economy and the gradual deep-going reformation of higher education,the complex relations and situations bring pressures and challenges to the work of correspondence and visitation in higher education institutes,especially in the form of public visits.Colleges and universities,therefore,must pay more attention to the directness of problems and the sharpness of contradictions in the public letters and visits.The article analysez the characteristics of public correspondence and visitation in colleges and universities and put forward some proposals to deal with the public letters and visits so as to make them a important role in solving problems and realizing scientific management.
