摘  要:目的:使用营养风险筛查工具对住院的胃肠道肿瘤病人进行营养风险调查。方法:对260例胃肠道肿瘤病人进行调查,并判断临床营养支持的合理性。结果:所有病人均顺利完成营养风险筛查,有风险的病人为167例(64.2%),其中胃癌病人95例(71.4%);无风险病人93例(35.8%)。共有193例病人实施了临床营养支持,占74.2%。无风险93例中实施营养支持者63例(67.7%)。结论:胃肠道肿瘤病人存在营养不足和营养风险的比例高,临床营养支持合理性有待改善。Objective: This study was designed to present the data of a prospective investigation on the nutritional risk in the patients with gastrointestinal cancer according to Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 questionnaire.Methords: From March to August 2011,the data of the patients with gastrointestinal cancer was collected,meanwhile the reasonableness of the nutrition supports was evaluated.Results: A total of 260 patients included in our study finished the nutritional risk screening successfully.Nutritional risk(score ≥3) was observed in 167 patients(64.2%),and the rest 93 patients(35.8%) were without such risk.Patients with gastric cancer had significant higher risks than others(71.4%,P0.05).Altogether 193 patients(74.2%) were administered with nutrition support.There were 63 out of 93(67.7%) patients without nutritional risk having received nutrition support.Conclusion: A high ratio of malnutrition or nutritional risk was observed in the gastrointestinal cancer patients and the rationality of clinical nutrition support needs to be modified.
