摘　　要：目的:探讨克罗恩病(CD)肠膀胱瘘的诊断治疗方法,提高对CD肠膀胱瘘诊治的认识。方法:报道4例CD肠膀胱瘘的诊治过程及临床资料并复习相关文献。结果:术后随访6个月至3年,治疗效果良好。结论:CD膀胱瘘临床少见,腹部症状不明显时易引起误诊。手术治疗为CD膀胱瘘的首选,但不能忽视其围手术期的营养支持治疗。Objective： To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of enterovesical fistula in Crohn＇s disease.Methods： Four cases were reported,the etiology,diagnosis and treatment were analyzed,and the related literatures were reviewed.Results： All the 4 cases were treated with operation.There were no serious postoperative complications.Conclusion： Enterovesical fistula in Crohn＇s disease is rare in clinical course and is easily misdiagnosed when abdominal symptoms are not typical.Surgical resection is the main method for treatment,and perioperative nutritional support should not be ignored.
