孕期酒精暴露对子鼠视网膜双极细胞和水平细胞发育的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨孕期酒精暴露对子鼠视网膜双极细胞和水平细胞发育的影响。方法建立孕期酒精暴露小鼠模型;采用免疫荧光染色和DiI散射技术,观察酒精对日龄7d(P7)、P14和P30子鼠视网膜双极细胞和水平细胞的影响。结果各年龄组中,酒精组视网膜双极细胞的密度明显低于对照组,且呈剂量依赖性和长时程效应;水平细胞的树突野及树突数也明显低于对照组,呈剂量依赖性和长时程效应(P<0.01)。结论孕期酒精暴露影响子鼠视网膜双极细胞和水平细胞的发育。Objective To investigate effects of alcohol exposure during pregnancy on retinal bipolar and horizontal cells in filial mice. Methods The animal model of prenatal alcohol exposure was made. The development of bipolar cells and horizontal cells at prenatal days 7, 14 and 30 was investigated with immunofluorescent labeling and DiI scattering techniques. Results In all age groups, the density of the bipolar cells was significantly lower in the experiment groups than in the control groups. The dendritic field and the number of branches of horizontal cells were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Alcohol exposure during pregnancy affects development of retinal bipolar and horizontal cells in mice.
