摘　　要：轻度和中度弯曲根管,ProTaper手用/机用旋转器械组与逐步后退法/改良逐步后退法组对于清除根中、根尖1/3根管壁残屑和玷污层差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在采用相同冲洗剂的情况下,ProTaper手用、机用器械预备后的轻度弯曲和中度弯曲根管根管壁的清洁程度明显优于逐步后退法和改良逐步后退法。With slight and moderate curved root canals,the effect of removal smear layer and debris on the surface of middle and apical the thirds of root canal by hand protaper or rotary protaper technique was better than conventional step-back technique and modefied step-back technique statistically（P〈0.05）.The cleanliness of the surface of curved root canals prepared with protaper is better than other methods under the same irrigants conditions.
