幼年性透明纤维瘤病

摘　　要：报告1例幼年性透明纤维瘤病。患者女,17岁。头部多发性结节、包块4年,无自觉症状。皮肤科检查:枕部可见5个半球形包块,质软,表面光滑。皮损组织病理示真皮内由透明、嗜酸性物质构成的不规则形团块,内见胶原增生均质化,胶原间可见肥大梭形细胞增生,无异形性。诊断:幼年性透明纤维瘤病。A 17 years old female presented with multiple subcutaneous nodules and masses on the head for 4 years. There were no other symptoms. Physical examination showed five hemispherical masses which were very soft with smooth surface. Histopathologieal examination revealed a nodule composed of dermal deposits of amorphous, hyaline and esoinophilic material and showed hypertrophic spindle cells in the background of proliferation and homogenization of collagen, and no cellular atypia. The diagnosis of juvenile hyaline fibromatosis was made.
