摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中KAI1/CD82、MRP1/CD9的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SABC法检测63例胃癌组织中KAI1/CD82、MRP1/CD9的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果胃癌组织KAI1/CD82的阳性表达率为63.5%(40/63)、MRP1/CD9的阳性表达率为46.0%(29/63)。KAI1/CD82的表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分级、癌组织大小显著相关(P<0.05)。MRP1/CD9的表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分级显著相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 KAI1/CD82和MRP1/CD9可作为评估胃癌预后的指标。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of KAI1/CD82 and MRP1/CD9 in gastric cancer tissues. Methods The expressions of KAI1/CD82 and MRP1/CD9 in gastric cancer tissues of 63 cases were detected by SABC immunohistochemical method. The correlation between the expressions and clinicopathological characteritics was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of KAI1/CD82 and MRP1/CD9 were 63.5% （40/63） and 46.0% （29/63）, respectively. The expression of KAI1/CD82 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, stage of tumor and tumor size（P〈0. 05）. The expression of MRP1/CD9 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and stage of tumor （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion KAI1/CD82 and MRP1/CD9 may be taken as the markers for predicting the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
