摘  要:锂电池薄膜在线测量时存在系统的静态误差和运动机构产生的动态误差,静态误差可以通过系统标定消除。针对测量时产生的动态误差,采用阈值判断-多尺度小波和递推最小二乘算法实现非连续膜厚的动态误差去噪。实验结果表明:阈值判断法适用于不同长度、非连续涂层的厚度测量;多尺度小波和递推最小二乘联合去噪算法相比于传统单一的多尺度小波去噪算法,该方法至少能比原算法提高6%的测量精度。The static noise and the dynamic noise exist in the on-line film measurement system of lithium battery, and static noise could be eliminated through system calibration, while threshold judgment-multi scale wavelet and RLS(Recursive Least Squares) algorithm could be adopted to eliminate the dynamic noise for discontinuous film thickness of lithium battery system. The results show that the threshold judgment is suitable for the measurement of coating thickness with different lengths and in discontinuity. As compared with the traditional unique multi-scale wavelet denoising, the joint denoising algorithm could has a raise of 6% at least in measuring accuracy.
