摘  要:目的:分析25例垂体微腺瘤MRI半剂量动态增强扫描的影像学征象及动态增强信号强度-时间曲线图的特点,总结垂体微腺瘤的影像学诊断要点。方法:对25例经过临床综合诊断确诊的病例,行MRI平扫及半剂量(0.05mmol/kg)动态增强扫描,并利用工作站后处理功能,绘制出动态增强信号强度-时间曲线图。结果:平扫垂体信号异常的20例,主要T1WI呈稍低信号T2WI呈稍高或稍低信号,平扫垂体信号无异常的5例;25例均进行半剂量(0.05mmol/kg)动态增强扫描,动脉早期(25~35s)呈低信号的病例8例,动脉中期(35~76s)呈低信号的病例16例,动脉晚期(76~120s)呈高信号的病例1例。结论:半剂量MRI半剂量动态增强扫描在诊断垂体微腺瘤的敏感性、检出率都好于其它检查,有较高的临床价值。Objective:Analysis of 25 cases of pituitary adenomas of MRI half dose dynamic scan imaging features and dynamic enhance signal strength-time of graph, summarizes the anterior pituitary adenomas imaging diagnosis. Methods:The clinical diagnosis by 25 cases of comprehensive diagnosis, flat and half and MR1 (0.05 mmol/kg), and the use of dynamic scan function, draw the workstation post-processing enhanced dynamic signal strength-time curves. Results:Plain and pituitary signal abnormal 20 cases, the main T1WI is slightly lower, T2WI signal is slightly higher or lower signals, and the pituitary signals in 5 cases, 25 cases of half doses (0.05 mmol/kg), and the dynamic scan early (25-35 s arteries in the case of low signal), 8 cases, arterial medium-term (35-76 s) in the case of low signal in 16 cases (76-late arterial 120 s) in the 1 case of high signal. Conclusion: A dose of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan in half dose of dynamic anterior pituitary adenomas diagnosis rate of sensitivity, all are better than other examination, have a high clinical value.
