摘 要:目的:应用去组织能量图结合免疫组织化学检查探讨甲状腺肿瘤的血管生成特征。方法:手术前观察63例患者共70个甲状腺肿瘤(甲状腺乳头状癌35个,结节性甲状腺肿27个,甲状腺滤泡样腺瘤9个)的去组织能量图;术后病理标本行CD34、PAS免疫组织化学染色。结果:甲状腺良恶性肿瘤在血管走和局部血流丰富方面存在显著性差异。80%恶性结节血管走行不规则或欠规则,62.86%存在局部血流丰富或可疑;91.42%良性结节血管走行规则,65.71%无局部血流丰富.恶性病灶CD34和PAS均有表达。结论:甲状腺恶性肿瘤较良性肿瘤血管走不规则、空间分布不对称,血管生成活。Objective: To evaluate angiogenesis of the benign and malignant solid thyroid tumor with deorganize energy imaging and immunohistochemistry staining. Methods.. Seventy solid thyroid mass in 63 patients (35 papillary thyroid cancer, 26 goiter, 9 adenoma) were observed before surgery with. deorganize energy ultrasound. Pathological specimens of paraffin-embedded were immunohistoehemically stained with CD34 and PAS. Results: There were significant differences between the benign and malignant thyroid tumor in vascular morphology and regional rich blood flow. The irregular or less irregular vessels were found in 80% of the malignant tumors. Regional rich blood flow or suspicious regional rich blood flow were found in 62.86% of malignant tumor. The regular vessels were found in 91.42 % of the benign tumors, non-regional rich blood flow was found in 65.71% of the benign tumors. Conclusion: Compared with the benign tumors, the vessles in malignant thyroid tumors were irregular, the distribution of vessles was asymmetry and angiogenesis was active.
