摘  要:目的:探讨乳腺癌钼靶X线征象与肿瘤血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和微血管密度(MVD)表达的关系。方法:收集2009年6月~2010年12月X线钼靶检查并经手术证实的乳腺癌38例,采用S-P免疫组化法检测乳腺癌组织标本中VEGF和MVD表达,并分析其与术前钼靶X线征象的关系。结果:VEGF表达阳性者MVD值高于VEGF表达阴性者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF、MVD的表达与肿瘤大小、毛刺征、钙化、血管阴影增粗及腋窝淋巴结转移呈显著相关(P<0.05),而与皮肤增厚、乳头内陷无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺癌钼靶X线部分征象与VEGF和MVD表达密切相关,根据钼靶X线征象可推测乳腺癌的生物学行为,为临床上早期诊断、判断预后提供依据。Objective: To explore the correlation of mammographic signs with the expression of VEGF and MVD and provide information to improve diagnosis in the early stage and prognosis of breast carcinoma. Methods: The expression level of VEGF and MVD was measured by S-P immunohistochemical technique on pathological slices in 38 cases with breast carcinoma. The correlation of mammography X-ray signs with the expression of VEGF and MVD in breast cancer was analyzed. Resuits:MVD value was significantly higher in patients with VEGF expression positive than that in patients with VEGF expression negative( P 〈0.05). The expression of VEGF and MVD were positivly related to tumoral size, spiculate margin, cluster of calcification, enlarged vein and axillary lymphatic metastasis ( P 〈0.05), but not related to pachyderma and retracted nipple ( P 〉0.05). Conclusion:Mammography X-ray signs of breast carcinoma are closely related to the expression of VEGF and MVD, which may be helpful in improving diagnosis in early stage and estimating prognosis of breast carcinoma.
