摘　　要：针对目前高校干部培训工作存在的培训理念陈旧、培训内容与培训需求相脱节、培训形式单一等问题,提出有针对性地树立与时代特点相适应的干部培训新理念,深入开展培训需求调研,创新培训内容、形式和方法,以有效提高干部培训质量和效益,切实增强高校干部培训实效性。There are many problems in the current training of college and university cadres,including outdated training concept,mismatch between training content and demand,singleness of training form,etc.Directing at these problems the paper puts forward suggestions of developing new cadre training concept suiting to the new era,carrying out training need survey,and innovating the training content,forms as well as methods so as to improve the cadre training quality,benefits as well as the training effectiveness.
