摘　　要：在向知识经济迈进的过程中,我国在政治、经济、文化、科技等领域都需要高层次的创新型外语人才。文章对创新型外语人才的内涵,以及地方高校创新型外语人才的培养思路、培养模式进行了研究。In the process of striding towards knowledge economy, our country needs the high level and innovative foreign language talents from the aspects of politics, economy, culture, science and technology. The connotation of the innowttive foreign language talents as well as the training model of the innovative foreign language talents in local universities are studied in this paper.
