网络平台辅助教学模式下的教师角色调整与定位

摘  要:本文探讨了在网络平台辅助教学模式下,教师应如何进行角色调整和角色性格定位。首先,教师要由课程的消费者向课程开发者转变,更加注重对课程资源的设计;由表演者向导演者转变,注重师生之间的交互以及学生潜能的挖掘;通过选择恰当的教学资源和创设合适的学习环境,由课堂主导者向学习活动的引导者转变;由职位权力拥有者到专家权力拥有者、合作者转变;由评价考核的主导者到相互促进的推动者转变。其次,为了更好地扮演好新教学模式下的教师角色,还应该从角色性格入手进行重新定位,教师需要从角色性格的态度特征、意志特征、情绪特征和理智特征等方面进行重新定位和完善。This paper mainly analyses how a teacher adjusts his teacher's role in the Web-aided teaching model. At first, a teacher should transform his role from a consumer to a developer of curriculum by focusing on the designing o f curriculum resources, from a performer to a director by giving full play to the potentials of students and interaction between the teacher and the students, from a leader to a guide, from a dominator to the promoter ofmutual advances. Secondly, a teacher must also re-orientate his attitude, will, feeling and mind to act well as a new role in this situation.
