摘 要:本文以某低品位钙基膨润土为试验研究对象,采用湿法提纯工艺,将膨润土纯度从57.30%提高到89.6%。采用碳酸钠和氯化钠为钠化剂,对提纯后的膨润土进行钠化改型试验,并优化了钠化工艺条件。并对钠化改型过的膨润土进行了制备高黏度有机土的试验,对反应时间、反应温度、有机试剂用量、搅拌速度等因素进行探讨,确定了最佳工艺条件。The purification of low Ca-bentonite is studied in the paper. The purification of montmorillonite is incresed from 57.30% to 89.60% by wet process-centrifugal method. The process is optimizing through Ca- Bentonite turning into Na-Bentonite with sodium carbonate and sodium chloride. The organobentonite is preparating with the purified bentonite. The properties of synthesized organobentonite were characterized, and the influences of reactive time, reactive temperature, organic reagent dosage and stirring rate were studied. The optimal conditions were put forward on the basis of the above investigations.
