摘　　要：文中分析了传统配送方式和加工配送中心在水产品配送中存在的问题,阐述了JIT方式下的水产品配送的基本原理,运用SWOT的方法分析了JIT方式下的水产品配送模式,并提出了解决该配送模式所面临的问题的对策和建议。The paper analyses the problems that the traditional distribution and the processing delivery centres usually have in delivering the aquatic products, describes the basic principle of aquatic products delivery through JIT distribution, uses the SWOT to analyses the pattern of aquatic products delivery through JIT distribution, and then puts forward some suggestions and solutions to tackle the existing problems in this distribution pattern.
