摘　　要：指出市场经济条件下,质量成本已经成为企业赢得竞争力的战略武器,质量成本控制对降低成本、提高企业经济效益有着重要作用。概述质量成本含义、控制含义及其在企业中的重要地位,进而阐述现代企业质量成本控制的方法,并指出现代企业质量成本控制在当今社会存在的一些不足之处,提出相应的解决对策。Under the condition of market economy, the control of the quality cost has already became a strategy weapon that helps company to win the competition. It plays an important role in reducing cost and improving economic interest of company. The paper illustrates the concept of quality cost, quality controlling, as well as its status in the company, and then describes the methods of quality cost controlling in nowadays company, and state some disadvantages of those methods in reality, also provides some countermeasures for them.
